We hire equipment for indoor and outdoor functions on a deliver, fit and leave basis collecting again at the end of the function. Alternatively it can be collected from our premises as a DIY system and returned after. Equipment can be hired from us by the day or week. Delivery charge is dependant upon distance. The system hired can consist of a simple amplifier with microphone and speakers to a larger system for outdoor events. Unfortunately we do not have high power music systems.
Hire jobs covered include North Somerset agriculture show, horse shows and gymkhanas, school sportsand fetes, grass track racing (car and motor cycle), Bristol Motor show, athletics meetings, regattas,public inquiries, council public meetings, South Gloucestershire full council meetings, union meetings,The Orchard room at Highgrove House through Prince of Wales Office, The Catholic pilgrimage to Glastonbury, Good Friday & Easter Sunday services outside Bath Abbey, Bristol Flower Show and many many more.
Outdoor event? NO mains power? We have battery operated equipment which can be used. We have portable cabins with all round vision for use as commentary/control/judges box. For horse shows we have automatic timing equipment which can be used in conjunction with a 10” flap public display. This display can also be used for marathon timing. The speakers for the outdoor events would normally be horn type mounted on tripods or stake and pole where we fit. The amplifiers range from 30w for the small system to multiples of 120w for the large systems.
All speakers, amplifiers and microphones are connected with XLR plugs making connecting equipment as easy as is possible.

Delivery is calculated on a single one way trip @ £2.00 per mile from our base to the site.
Note:There is no delivery charge for the cabin when delivered with sound equipment.
