Installations
We are able to offer a free site visit for permanent installations
for the preparation of a design and quotation for a system to blend in
with the surroundings and give the required results.
(we do not even ask for travelling expenses)
Only good quality equipment is used at the most reasonable price
possible.
We have carried out installations in numerous churches, factories,
offices, retail outlets, leisure centres, etc.
Churches
Many installations have been carried out in churches from London to
Harlech, Brixham to Banbury.
Church installations usually consist of an inductive loop system for
the hearing impaired. The induction loop and associated equipment are
VAT exempted under the supply of aids to a charity.The size of the loop
driver is dependant upon the size of the area to be covered. Speakers
would normally be installed as well as the loop although in some
churches it has been a loop only.
The speakers would now normally be a small cabinet type chosen to blend
into the background to make them as unobtrusive as possible. A

guaranteed to be of a high standard keeping cables firmly secured and
out of sight wherever possible.

Factories - Offices - Retail

Factories consist mainly of horn type speakers with microphone and
amplifier and is mainly used as a paging system. The most recent
factory installation was on a machine with five operator positions and
a length of 400 feet. The system was to give the operators a means of
communications whilst operating the machine which produces cardboard
boxes. The system is working on 100v line speaker system
Offices usually consist of ceiling speakers which are sometimes zoned
with a microphone at reception.Installations have been carried out in
the offices of Telewest at Aztec West, Hartcliffe and Cheltenham, all
of which are inter connected on the telephone system. Other
installations include factory and offices of Essilor in Thornbury,
Safeway distribution dept, Cribbs Causeway, The new Bradley Stoke
leisure centre (7 zones).
We have installed systems as a sub contractor in Safeway, Gateway and
Sainsburys stores.
We are contractors to South Gloucestershire Council, Bath and North
East Somerset Council, Bristol City Council, Highways agency,
Environment agency, Stationary office (formerly HMSO) Trillium, Drake
& Scull. We also supply and maintain the equipment at the Castle
Combe Racing Circuit.
